Originally from Arpino (FR), he completed his classical studies at the local Tulliano Lyceum and then graduated cum laude from the University of Perugia with a thesis on emergency protection. His post-graduate training includes assisting the chair of Civil Procedural Law at the same Perugian University and, simultaneously, earning his residency diploma in Legal Professions at the “Lorenzo Migliorini” Specialization School with a thesis on the damage caused by delays in Public Administration.
A specialist in third party liability and public and private sector contract law, he has progressively concentrated his professional activity in the field of relations, including pathological, between companies/private sector and Public Administration, without neglecting occupational training crowned by a cum laude Inter-university Master-diploma in Administrative Law (i.e. MIDA MAster, organized by the three main Universities of Rome and LUISS), with a thesis on the safeguard of the intangible cultural heritage.
Having smoothly attained his certificate of professional competence, he registered at the Bar Council of Rome and became a partner of SCLN - Legal Network at its foundation; he has longstanding experience in the fields of advocacy and public affairs thanks to an extensive network of public and institutional relations built during his attendance at the Sole 24 Ore Business School, the Luiss School of Government – where he attained a Master In Political Management cum laude – and the ANCI (National Association of Italian Municipalities) School for Young Administrators, also completed cum laude.
