Avv. Angelo Chiuchiarelli is a civil, corporate and commercial attorney who practises both in Italy and Canada, having developed an expertise in international business and cross-border succession law. He is a certified financial, banking and corporate mediator and is licensed to act as liquidator for both corporations and consumers experiencing over indebtedness (Compositore della crisi da sovraindebitamento). In 2018, Angelo obtained his second level masters degree in international business law at the Sapienza University of Rome.
Since 2013, Angelo established a partnership with the Montreal-based law firm Gattuso Bourget Mazzone s.e.n.c., whereby he acts as general counsel and assists the firm in providing its clients comprehensive legal and business savvy advice on all matters relating to Italo-Canadian relations.
In 2019, Angelo became partner at SCLN Legal Network at its head office in Rome where he was appointed Team Leader of the firm’s Canadian desk as well as Project Leader of North America. As Project Leader of North America, Angelo advises Italian companies on how to effectively carry out their operations in Canada.
Throughout the course of his practice, Angelo has developed a close relationship with several prominent Canadian diplomats, including the Quebec Delegation in Rome. With SCLN he has travelled across Italy to deliver conferences on how to expand business operations in Canada and how Quebec can be a viable initial first step in accessing the North American market.
